I am new to site, I have to have a colonoscopy in near future because of my age, what is the best way to prepare for that, my husband had one and the stuff they gave him to cleanse, colyte, made me throw up, I only tried it because I knew I had to have one in future, I know I won't cleanse with that if I throw it up.
