Hi, how do u find out your body weight in water?

Can you post an math equation i can follow to work it out? Would be very helpful.

This weekend i broke out in spots cause i was clogged up with pysllium husks. I didnt poo for 4 days and when i did take something to make me poo all these chunks came out. I didnt drink enough water.

please hoe much water should i drink? whats the math?
