I am on the second day of the P & B shake. The label on the psyllium says to discontinue use if you develop loose stools or abdominal pain. How can you not have loose stools on this stuff? I also have very mild abdominal pain on my second day. I am on one shake a day so far. Should I continue? I really want to do this cleanse, but I don't want to hurt myself! I have been exercising regularly for years and have a very clean diet. Can anyone put me at ease about this cleansing thing?
