Actually his book is really good...it's just like a huge book report. He has taken information that he has compiled from other books and has layed it out in one big book. I guess the bad thing is...he is making money of his book report. But seriously, I liked it a lot. I wont be going to his website to join or anything but it is a good start to people who don't know where or how to start living well. Kathryn, if you'd like, I can copy the disks and send you a set...there are 12 of them...it's no problem and then you can let me know if I'm way off base! :)
