Thanks for your interest.

It is not just diet alone. With it must be lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and of equal importance water. Lots and lots of it each day. It is the medium by which the body can expel toxins and other waste material efficiently from the body. Helps the blood to stay healthy too and less stress on all the cleansing organs such as the kidneys and liver.

Another vital part of the program is, of course, exercise, exercise, and exercise. Even walking a few miles a week would help. It helps the metabolism and preferably if one can work up a sweat, even better. Otherwise, just walking at a steady pace about 2-3 miles a day, 2-3 times a week goes a long way to improve the health particulaly when they are diabetic.

You will find posted on the website a testimonial by the lady who is diabetic and how she manages her diabetes and without medication to date.

Take care n I hope you are able to help them live healthier and a better quality of life with their condition
