Thanks Richard ! Have a question

My uncle's diet is pretty bad, and he and his wife are ardent pill poppers. I'd like to have some good articles to print up for him so that he can take the time to read them and make up his own mind. I've learned in the last few months just how RADICAL it is to suggest that eating real food could be the cause of so many problems!

Since the colonic was performed at a doctor's office, I'm not sure that it will have opened his mind any more to alternative methods. If you or anyone out there has any links to good articles on controlling diabetes through diet I'd appreciate it. I'll check out the osumex site...thanks
