holy smokes i totally forgot about this thread! i don't know your bodyfat/lean mass index but i am lean and muscular.To Get hideously ripped, go out and get a deck of cards-shuffle it.get into a push up position and place the deck in front of you,flip the card,it says five of diamonds, do five,flip it over,do another and go through the entire deck until completion.It may take about an hour to get through it, but the next day you will definetly see and notice the results! rest just enough to catch your breath,and you have to finish THAT card before moving on- say you get 5 of clovers but you only do 3,you have to stop,rest and then try again until you get those 5! do a few sets of crunches,sit ups and leg raises afterwards.you can also switch up your hand placing ,diamond push ups (close),on your knuckles (my favorite),feet elevated. for a real shock do this everyday for a week and then do it twice a week as maintainence,you can also add 100 pull ups every other day also.
