i liked doing the back bridge and pull ups as well, working up to dong handstand push ups- i can already pump out hundreds of push ups peice of cake..though i enjoy body weighttraining, i still prefer weights.Weighted pull ups/chin ups being my all time favorite, weighted dips being my all time second favorite ,and push up marathons being in last place..but still a favortie.but i have to say that nothing beats the good ol' military press in my book.
