I've seen people in Sri Lanka who were slim, lean, TIGHT, muscular. Thin, wiry, approximately 1 ounce of fat on their entire body. Of course they are doing physical things all day like climbing trees to pick coconuts, working with elephants, walking long distances, picking tea, carrying heavy loads, etc. My jaw almost dropped to see some of the upper bodies on these men, rippling muscles including 8 pack abs (but not big muscles).
