Kids bridge all the time in gymnastics and their backs don't hurt.
Started bridgin 2 years ago and my back keeps getting stronger. It hurt for about 2 months. I stopped for 2 weeks and the pain went away. I was bridging all the time, too much, duh.
It makes your back flexible and strong. With out getting strong a chiropractor can only do so much.
