Here's a tip you can try and if it works out let me know.

When you feel emotionally distraught (anger, sadness, etc) take one hand and gently cup the back of your head, where it meets your neck (across it) and the other hand rests acrsoss your forehead. This will energetically calm your neurovasculars. It has helped many people bring about peaceful awareness.
