my heart goes out to you sincerely in your turmoil,
and i know without a doubt you will pull thru
keep focusing on the positives you have in your life.
every day write down 10 things that you are so happy to have
set a small goal each day to do one thign jstu fo ryou
i don't care what it is/ that is not harmful,
and seek to do it..
even if jstu to go to the flower shop to smell fresh flowers
if can't afford to buy.
watch comedies/ mute commercials
select non violent movie s for a awhile
better yet/ non at all for a few days and you will see a big change/ listen to uplightign music
i don't care if rock or pop or what ever/
i am tlakign about how it makes you feel//
get siily with your self/
do tumbl erolls on floor like a littel kid
when you get hurt or upset or angry
stop and change your face immediately
believe it or not it has been proven
if you smile whnen upset.. afte about 5 minute syouwill begin to
feel happy 8)
