Re: I've finally decided to do something about my congestion

When I would get a sinus infection, my sinuses would continue to close up, and become very uncomfortable. Also.... my allergies and asthma would get much more sensitive when I had an infection. Allergens which only had a mild effect on me before the infection, would drive me nuts after the infection. I also felt like I was getting the flu, during a sinus infection.

So....... when I was flooding my sinuses with peroxide I was watching for improvements in these symptoms.

What symptoms of sinus infection are you going to be monitoring, during these days of sinus floodings?
