I have purchased the device at this website and think it works great and is very simple to use. It just involves inserting the tip into each nostril, being careful not to swallow or spit while using it. The device controls the water flow which makes it even simpler. Of course, I do not have problems with serious sinus infections like you do but I think it works great for my problems. I believe it would be a great preventive maintenance at the very least.
