Re: I've finally decided to do something about my congestion

===> "Nothing much "yucky" came out, but it feels clearer." <===

Did you get any foam or blood in the discharge? A lot of foam, or some blood could indicate that the peroxide has encountered damaged membranes.

===> "What's the recommended frequency? That was this morning, I kind of want to do it again this evening." <===

I posted a log, of one of my first experiences with peroxide flooding, with the documentation, that you could read.

When I first started experimenting with the flooding, I flooded two or three times the first day. The next day, I might have flooded once or twice. In my case, I saw a lot of foaming, followed by a lot of blood. What surprised me the most was, the bloodiest discharge was only after a few days of flooding. I wondered why I didn't get the bloodish discharge during earlier floodings. I am still puzzled by that.

Reading the log would be very helpful.

By the way, how bad was the stinging? Did the flooding cause any swelling? Did it cause you to feel like you were catching a cold?

Regards, and best of luck.
