Ok, I want to try the Orange Juice Fast you talked about. I will tell my Doctor NO to surgery. He'll probably think I'm crazy. My Husband thinks I should listen to the Doc. But, the surgery has risks too, as people have died from it. So, I want to try Nature. Can you Please tell me the directions? I want to start right away. You can e-mail it if you don't wish to put it on this board. Also, do you recommend doing the Liver Flush before, during or after the fast? And then there is the question of P&W.( parasites and worms) Do I do p&w cleansing before, during or after the fast and liver flush?
