I did add the bl.walnut drops to the OO/Gj mix, but even drinking it (after the 2 first doses of Epsom Salts ) I had to kind of force myself this time, although normally I really don't mind it.
I had one pillow under my head, maybe I was too flat.
Next flush I'll see how it goes.
I tried to get Lugol's here (Nevada), but just couldn't find a pharmacists willing to order it.
I'm planning on getting some Oregano Oil: is there a specific kind you yourself prefer? I'd like to know what brands, if any,
you like more than others.
How can Psyllium do damage?Is there any kind of fiber tbat you would recommend?
Also, MH, I wanted to aske you about something you've mentioned in one of your posts somewhere...
That when you observed different people do post-flush bucket,
that poeple with different illnesses tended to have more of certain kind of parasite (like mentally retarded people would have different ones from people with a different condition).
Could you tell me more? Sounds so interesting.
