Re: mucus, LF,herbs...

Greetings,

Normally a person should not throw up durring a flush. The stomach does so many things and one is to expell the toxic load when the body is endangered. Also if the gallbladder is blocked with mud or stones, then when you drink that olive oil, the bile will go up into the lymph glands and cause heart burn or once again cause throwing up. Also not sleeping on a pillow can cause throwing up at this time.

Dr. Clark mentions adding the walnut tincture to the Grapefruit juice and that helps, 6 drops of real Lugol's works, but is a heavy metal that should not be used except in an emergency, such as food poisoning, etc.

I found 1 drop of pure oregano oil in the olive oil does the trick, keeps the bacteria down to a level that stops the throwing up. Naturally the proper Epsom Salts has to be done and allow that Gallbladder to open. The worse cases I have seen is the people that had chelation done, their liver is packed with mud and they do have a good change of throwing up the first flush or 2.

I also do not like the use of Psyllium husk, it has no value and can only do damage. Clay is OK if it is pure from under the earth and used correctly.

Blessings,
MH
