sources of the nasty tapes and the milk/sugar thing

I like that idea I read below about the bedpan instead of the bath. Thanks so much. I will probably do it.

I have heard that the tapes come from beef and fish, pork too. Not chicken. Most commerical chicken has leukemia or lupus though. That is what I heard. What did you find out? This is not an ordinary "bacterium". It breaks off in sections and the head stays in most of the time.

I am wondering if the bedpan thing would make the head crawl out first and not these sections breaking off in the toilet. Does anyone know?

And what did you find out about how people pick up these things? I know fish is very good for you in general, but if it has this, its not good at all. So many of us have cleaned up our diets only to eat some fish now and then as meat, but its not harmless anymore to me.
