If your going to take herbs to deworm or for any reason, learn the dose and make your own, or buy from someone with some experience, etc. But always read and learn, its your body!

Don't waste your money on all the crap sold at crazy prices, buy a pineapple and let it sit until you can smell than baby all over the house, you now have real enzymes, I could write a book on the uses of the pineapple.

I suggest fresh pineaple while doing anything in self-appled prevention,it improves your health in so many ways.

Just the juice will eat the finger prints right off your hand!
