The eighth and final beast must have complete political and military power over the entire world to fulfil the requirements of the title. The past beast empires were Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Medo/persian, Greek, Roman, and Uk/US. The second beast from the earth, of Revelation, is the seventh beast. It has two horns {UK/US}that go forth like a lamb {peace, peace}but speak like a dragon {bang,bang} One must understand the symbolism to figure out the puzzle. The fatal head wound of the beast that was miraculously healed was the unauthorized invasion of Babylon, or Iraq as it is called today, by the seventh beast, who is not so willing to give up it's authority. You can confirm this with the U.N. I.C.C. resolution of 2002. This is when the U.N. assumed their position of authority as the new beast empire.
