I think the author of the article makes a good argument for them being the offspring of fallen angels and women. Also, explains why God had to destroy all but Noah and his family in the flood. Some say that they will return in these last days (as it was in the days of Noah...) but, it is not something that I spend alot of time thinking about - God will reveal everything His children need to know at the appropriate times.
