yes of course this is the standard scientific medical explanation "hallucination caused by lack of blah blah blah..."

that does not even begin to expalin that fact that people from different cultures has stunningly similar and exquisitely detailed experiences. nor does it explain how people come back knowing things that happened across town or across the country during the itme they were "dead"
that explanation may make some materialist feel better about their reality but it doesn't even come close to being an explanation of what is really going on.
