are NDE's evil deceptions from Satan?

hi folks,

i want your input here. many christian i know think that most near death experiences (nde's) are deceptions.
quesiton: would lucifer snatch a person's spirit out of their body, take them to a wonderful place full of joy and love, tell them they are loved, give them a life review where every time they hurt anyone they were told that was wrong and every time they helped someone they were told that was right, then tell the person that the most important thing in life is love and learning how to have compassion mercy and understanding, then send them back to their bodies and revive them?

could and would the devil do this?

many christian say that if this kind of experience happens but the person doesn't see Jesus nor are they converted to Christianity nor do they start evangelizing people for Christ then it must be a deception from hell.
