Re: Seaweeds for your iron deficiency,
and a good source of vitamin C.
Dear 34548,
Alas, I know nothing about ozonated water, so
I can't help you there. And the strange scratch-marks/puncture wounds are also a
mystery to me. Sounds more like vampires
than parasites.
Yes,
Epsom Salts are neither a natural nor an
acquired taste. I read somewhere that magnesium citrate can be substituted for the
Epsom Salts . Why don't you post a message
on the Liver Cleanse forum, and ask the
experts there if, indeed, magnesium citrate
(a liquid you can buy in your drug store in
small bottles) is an acceptable and SAFE
substitute for
Epsom Salts . DON'T use the
magnesium citrate until you have thoroughly
set your mind to ease on its safety.
As far as I can tell, you're doing most things
right, when it comes to your eating-regimen
and supplements. Chances are good that you
have some
liver stones that need flushing.
When you find a safe and painless way to do
that, I think many of your health problems
will disappear.
Good luck with the seaweeds and vitamin C.
Blessings,
Owen
