Re: Seaweeds for your iron deficiency,
and a good source of vitamin C.
Dear Owen:
I have an ozonator and ozonate my water - is that not good? Then, I never eat processed foods, only freshly cooked by me (other than the occasional soy burger, etc.)..
Also, I do use digestive enzymes - I had tried many and found that the Jarrow Bromelain was the best for me - real results after eating - now, I have also added the Ultimate Enzymes together with the bromelain.
As for cleannsing, well I have done a "
parasite cleanse" - bought it from the barefoot herbalist on this site - did it for about one to 1 1/2 months straight - very odd - I very frequently get these lines, like scratch marks, on my body, legs, arms, back, behind, etc. They usually have a scabby like crust on top, which is red and indicates that there was bleeding. Sure enough, just the other morning I woke up and there was this 3
inch long mark or scratch, punctuated with dried blood on what appeared to be "punture" sites - on three or four of them that were really big puncture marks, the blood loss must have been a lot at those sites because there was a big glob of "coagulated" blood.
Really, freaky - I have no idea what is going on - this has been happening for at least one year now and more so, since I started zapping six months ago.
I want to do a liver cleanse but I tried the
Epsom Salts just once and almost died gagging. there is no way I can do that cleanse as indicated on this site but I will look into other cleanses, even the liver which should be cleansed, but through a process I can tolerate.
As for vitamins, I take everything, and many separately such as my B's - I even give myself B-12 shots. So, I am trying................
I will look into your suggestions and incorporate them into my daily life.
Thanks so much for the time and advice. l Will report results within a reasonable time period for them to appear.
Thank you.
