Hi selini, I hope you don't mind me jumping in here, but Owen rarely visits Curezone right now, he is busy on a writing project. He e-mailed me the other day and said it was slow going.
Owen recommended that I get the whole dried seaweed at a health food store and cut it up finely and drink with juice. However, if you are going to get adequate amount of iron from the capsules, then that is certainly an option. Make sure you read the labels carefully. Hope this helps until Owen can reply.
