Re: Seaweeds for your iron deficiency, and a good source of vitamin C.

Oh Owen, you're a doll - for real.

I have been through hell with my health and the incompetent and clueless idiots in the regular medical field in this country are a waste of money, time, and a real detriment to one's health, for sure.

I have been trying so hard on my own, a little here and a little there.

I will do as you say, immediately.

I have been a vegetarian for some time - because I have these frequent episodes of extremely low iron and hemoglobin (where I cannot walk from one room to the next) they forced me, (so to speak) to start eating meat. I cannot tell you how it grosses me out and I have stopped because at one point my stomach became very ill.

I have had tons of bloodwork and have been told that for some reason I am not absorbing iron well (thus the very, very low hemoglobin and iron) - I am always fatigued, lethargic and unable most of the time to even take care of my responsibilities - sometimes, I just feel a sense of relief thinking of the day I die - because, if you do not have good health, YOU DO NOT HAVE A LIFE, especially if you are alone, as well.

So, Dear Owen, I will immediately follow your recommendations.

Question: Can I not get a capsule machine and put the vitamin c powder in capsules? Thereby, getting the full dose of the C??

Thanks millions, Owen - May your kindness return a million-fold.
