Dear Selini,

I think you should eat the seaweeds instead
of buying capsules. Who knows what's in a
capsule? The seaweeds I use are cheap; a packet costs less than $5.00. Two of the
best seaweed companies are Maine Coast
Sea Vegetables, and Eden Sea Vegeables.
Both are widely available, and you can
probably buy them on the net, too.
