Hi Owen:

I am trying to put together a list of products to order based on your recommendations above. I found Bronson's for the vitamin c - however, with regard to the seaweed, kelp, etc. and all the other ones such as nori, etc. - is it OK to take them all in one capsule - in other words buy from comapanies which put a number of sea plants into a capsule?
