Re: I want to die
Teddybear,
You are most welcome to information that I have, but I suggest that you first read the posts on this forum. You will learn as much here.
My saving grace is that I haven't listened to (or, rather, haven't concentrated on) what mainstream doctors are saying. Most doctors are fatalistic about herpes, and they give you little hope or motivation for seeking out a cessation of outbreaks.
I am sure that there are people who have figured out the cessation combination for their own bodies, and they aren't visiting this site anymore.
You must go through the grief process, and this takes time. If you don't know about how grief works, do a web search on 'understanding grief' and 'handling grief.' The fact of the matter is that your life is going to be a little different than it was before. You have to come to terms with that. Once you accept that, you can start making wise choices about finding your cessation combination.
As for me, I believe in healthy (conscious) denial about herpes. I believe there is a way to stop the outbreaks, and I believe I have found my own cessation combination. I can share that with you, but you must be mindful of the idea that what works for me may not work for you.
Start reading, start researching.
