Re: drowning in ghastly food issues...need a friend.
I've been told I have yeast AND parasites. I think
parasites are the main nasty guys, however, because the
parasite herbs are so much more effective for me than any anti-yeast products at this point.
I should be taking probiotics religiously, as well. I think I will start that, thanks for reminding me. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this as well.
People have often asked me, "maybe it's all in your head? Maybe you just have an eating disorder?"
I told them that I would jump for joy if what I had was just an eating disorder. (not to trivialize it, by any means, as this is very serious, too.)
But at least then I would have something that was UNDERSTOOD. And the treatment would be known. I'd just have to do it.
Oh well. I suppose I should concentrate on what I AM thankful for. I'm glad that I don't have a terminal disease. I'm thankful that there ARE things that I can do to make me feel better...(it just sucks that you have to feel miserable for a week or two before you start feeling better...detox sucks.)
So I will focus on the good things. Is what you have candida? How are you doing with your health? Do you have an eating disorder on top of everything? Do you get
Depression and ever feel discouraged with your life from all this?
The reason why I think I might have an ED is just because I am so all or nothing with my food. The reason I think I might not have ED is because even when I go without food for a few days, I always take in lots of nutrition with fresh juices and wheatgrass, and my aim for my fasting is more just to feel better than to lose weight.....although I reeeeaalllly want this as well! But I just don't have the willpower to refrain from eating entirely to lose weight. I'd rather do it the easy way and to the Innerlight Supergreens. They really are effective in getting people to their ideal weight by alkalizing the body, and you get a ton of health benefits at the same time.
Man, I am babbling. Anyway, good luck and thanks for responding.
Anne.
