Re: drowning in ghastly food issues...need a friend.

Hey, I know what you mean about wishing you had the willpower to be anorexic! It sounds sick, but there is something darkly admirable about someone being able to rise above the demands of the flesh... I'm such a baby sometimes! I hate being uncomfortable!

I've finally gotten myself back on my raw veggie diet. This is the diet my body becomes the healthiest on. The only downfall for me is it gets boring. But I am doing mindtricks to keep me enthralled with it. Going on short juice fasts when I get bored with my food helps to keep the food tasting good. I will also do 2-4 shots of wheatgrass daily. This helps me detoxify and naturally lose excess pounds.

I would like to lose ten pounds at this point --preferably 15.

The problem for me is the only excercize I ever have energy to do is walking. I'm just too exhausted all the time from my poor health to have the energy to do aerobic excersize. I'm hoping as my energy increases, so can my excercise.

You know what's weird with me? I notice I lose more weight by juice fasting than water fasting. I am convinced that the alkalizing and the enzymes are what helps.

I'll keep ya posted on my progress!
