Well, my teeth are not necessarily loose or anything, some of them just move a little bit when I try to move them. My nails are still very strong and thick, they can grow very long. I am interested in the subject though... do you know of a webpage in which is mentioned that wobbling teeth are a symptom of calcium deficiency? I could not find anything about it. My orthodontist didn't mention this to me, he had some other theory on why my teeth were moving.
I used to take calcium supplements, but I have stopped using them since I have read these webpages: http://www.3.waisays.com/ http://www.4.waisays.com/ExcessiveCalcium.htm
I do eat raw egg yolks in place of a multivitamin-supplement (as is recommended on that website), they contain lots of minerals and vitamins, including calcium. I try to get my minerals and vitamins from foods as much as I can.
I am planning to go to a gynecologist to have my hormone levels checked and also my bone density.
