I understand, but even so, try apples rather than grapes. Grapes are often unripe and loaded with pesticides. You are more likely to gain weight from grapes than from apples. I am just saying, if everytime you went for the dates/figs, you would go for apples instead, you would probably have less problems since dried foods are water-less and contain so much fiber and sugars. It is easy to know what to do in the most ideal situation, but it is helpful to have a good 'plan B' as well for those moments when things are not going so smoothly. GOOD LUCK and keep us posted!
