I have distilled water delived at my home, tons of it, but i don't drink enough of it. I really have to push myself to drink water... I might be dehydrated so I will have to monitor my water intake. I know it makes a huge difference for weight loss. I will start tomorrow and really make sure I drink 64 oz of water spread out over the day. Thanks for reminding me.
Yes, I remember it being like that... not being able to focus... just staring... not having energy to think or move... having memory lapses.
I now use salmon oil supplements and raw egg yolks to feed my brain whenever I need it. It has made my memory really sharp. OMG I remember I had many times as a student when I would just not remember basic things... not as much subject matter but things like what i had planned for the day or what i had done the day before... I had a really long period in my life when I didn't eat any fat whatsoever...
