Your nutrition seems very varied and healthy - the only thing which could be a problem is the Ensure and similar drinks. HOWEVER, I now understand what you are saying.

I have looked up Laxative Abuse - I know this is not intentional from your side, however I think it would be best to handle it as such. From all that I have read, you only have two choices:

- Slowly reduce the amount of laxatives you use, instead drink water with psyllium husks (Benefiber, etc. might not be enough) once or twice a day. That will increase the bulk.

- Stop the laxatives completely and wait it out. In this case it would also make sense to take Psyllium Husks. You will be uncomfortable and bloated.

It is important to know that laxatives strip you of minerals and nutrients which is maybe why you are losing weight. The minerals and nutrients from the food you eat do not reach your body/blood because they keep being flushed out by the laxatives, the same goes for the healthy bacteria in your colon.

In either case you will need to drink in the mornings when you wake up a glass of warm water with some lemon juice and a bit of Seasalt in it.

The most important thing is that you remain calm, even if it takes four or five days for the first bowel movement to happen. Tensing up and becoming scared and panicky will make things worse. Trust your body and trust yourself.

Once you have managed to get regular, then look in to parasite cleanse, though I would be VERY VERY careful because of your laxative dependency. I would try to find a parasite cleanse without any Senna or similar product in it. Otherwise keep FAR AWAY from it - or you will start the cycle again.
