hhmmm

cascara sagrada vs. senna.

It would be great if everyone had access to kinesiology to test their herbal formulas before they take them...

It might be that there is something else in the formula that is more problematic than the cs.

My understanding is that it is senna that one ought to be concerned about...
That the system can become lazy and get addicted to it. But it sounds
as if the poster already has an essentially non-functional system that she needs to restore. Cascara sagrada is generally thought to be the better choice, as it increases the colonic muscle strength, rather than *forcing* peristaltic action, so to speak.
