now im confused, one poster said take psyllium and stop all laxatives, and yous ay certainly dont take psyllium....i just need to ease my MIND over BODY. Its so horrible, and it wouldnt be so bad if i were at a healthy weight, but even after a day full of eating, my tiny body protrudes out so bad, and i feel so shitty. im bones
