Test it again later in the day. PH dips overnight due to alot of factors. One thing that may help you immensly is to do some breath work a few times a day.

Here's a great one for ya ( you may get dizzy for a while but it will improve and will conditione a much improved gas exchange. Alkalinity starts with the breath.

Sittin in a chair with good posture, chin tipped upwards a bit begin...

Palms down (on lap) breath deeply (assuming you know proper breath technique) in through the nose and out through the mouth. While doing this have tongue tip gently resting on the roof of your mouth. Now go for 7 breaths in this manner

Now palms turn up. Breath in through the nose and out with sustained and even ohmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...... 3 times

Now palms down again and 14 deep breaths same as initial.

Now palms up. Breath in through the nose and out with sustained and even peacccceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee (ad end portion allow ssssssssss to gently sustain)
3 times

Now palms down again and 14 breaths same as initial.

Palms back up. Breath in through nose and out with sustained and even ohmmmmmmmmmmmmm....3 times

The end with palms down and 14 breaths same as initial.

Do this 3 times a day Once upon rising...once in the mid day and once before bed.

This will help retrain proper breathing and thus oxygenate, energige and balance your system. This is a life time practice that has huge rewards.
