Just being all alone cut off from civilization can also work.

BTW, as far as mineral freequencies, another way to resonate them is to use sound frequencies. This is where a decent frequency generation program can be of help. I prefer to use a voice analysis to see what needs balancing. The voice print can be a good starting point. There are homeopathics that are sound imprinted that can work or if you have a transducer you can imprint your own water as well (as long as it has been reset first).

Many vibrational "healers" use bath homeopathics which seem to work very powerfully on the aura or total vibrational imprint of a person. This has been noted to be very powerful in its effect.
