I agree.
I agree with Chiron that there seems to be too much fat in your diet...
Do you salt to taste? Or do you restrict yourself? If I was in your situation, I would purchase some Pink Himalayan Crystal salt in place of the
Sea Salt and begin allowing my body and taste buds to determine how much I need. Natural salt is an excellent way to re-mineralize, along with those dark leafy greens you speak of. :)
Also, oranges are -=wonderful=-, I'd take this a step up by creating a super smoothie in the morning by blending my oranges with other fruits.. or you can omit the oranges altogether. You can blend bananas and berries in young coconut water with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of raw honey [I prefer the nutritional benefits of raw honey over agave nectar]. If you REALLY want to up that experience, you can put a little bit of coconut oil in and grind up some cacao nibs to blend in there with it, like a chocolate shake. You can also put in your bee pollen during this time :)
Although I would change my cacao source.. and I would question heavily about if they've tested for mold and bacteria.
Are your foods organic..?
P.S. Perhaps we were visited by the same wasp. :)
