Heal Gut Dysbiosis
Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

When I go through periods of little to no improvement, I keep on keeping on by remembering what it was like before this journey.

I am sure you have come a long way. Be proud of where you are and do not sacrifice the progress you have made.
