Re: Hey there!
Ah, I see! I am not well educated on internet-talk, so the heart certainly escaped me. Now that I look at it from the side it reminds me of the double-cones I used to enjoy as a child. (Mint-choc chip and strawberry…yum!)
The oddest thing of all is that only three nights ago I found a wasp looking to escape from my bedroom, and reading one of your blog messages the following day made me furrow my brow in confusion. The numbers 3, 33, 333 and peculiar “coincidences” yet no word of what is actually happening! (The 3 situation has been occurring now for over two years, and I am still no more enlightened on the matter!)
Anyway! Back to the matter at hand. Here is my food for the day, and although yesterday and tomorrow may be a little different, I am generally eating the same foods (for they are all I can find in this little town):
3 - Blackstrap molasses and lemon juice drink three times daily; morning, noon, night.
3 - The juice of eight organic oranges, drank slowly, shortly after waking.
3 -
Dr. Schulze ’s super-food at around 10am, along with a touch of repulsive kelp.
3 - Two avocados, mashed with the juice of one lemon and two pinches of
Sea Salt and eaten around noon. (My, this is delicious!)
3 - A half-hour after the avocado, two handfuls of soaked and peeled almonds, and occasionally a small amount of sesame seeds.
3 - Salad consisting of green leafy vegetables (cabbage, lettuce, etc.) eaten between 5-6pm, with a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice,
Sea Salt , garlic.
3 - Evolution super-food (barley grass, bee pollen, etc.) at around 8pm.
And that is about it, with the only additions being occasional liver, calcium, bowel herbs, a touch of
Sea Salt when I feel the desire, and occasionally a little coconut oil. After my fruitarian diet, which saw me eat sparingly to say the least, I feel with my current regimen that all I am doing is putting “stuff” in my mouth! Oh for an herbal formula that covered all bases and did not require one to eat a single thing!
And an ice-cream to you, too: <3
