I only started adding salt to my diet, as I had been wary in the past. The salt I use is indeed Himalayan Salt, although
Sea Salt is a lot easier to type. ;) I was restricting myself a few days ago but today I consumed a fair amount as my body was crying out for it.
Yes, the food I eat is certainly all organic, although I feel it is lacking in variety. I had a craving for cacao yesterday so I may order more relatively soon (hopefully free from mould).
I must say that I find the “raw” diet rather infuriating. I am adverse to meals of any kind, preferring simple, single fruits, and I loathe recipes and food preparation! It seems this irrational hatred is something I must overcome, or at least attempt to. To be perfectly blunt, eating is a chore and I do not believe true freedom can ever be attained whilst relying on filling one’s belly with a secondary source of light fuel. But, there is not so much I can do about this at this precise moment.
Oh, and I tried
Celery today for the first time. Never before have I tasted something so retched. Ugh! This is NOT food!
