getting back on the Pau and Essiac teas as soon as I get my pH level up- or - if I see any growth. It is just that my pH level are way too low right now.

Does anyone have any idea how long it can take to get to a normal range of 7.4 when you register 5.2 in the morning and barly ever get over 6.4 in the day after eating mostly alkaline foods???
