I have heard that the best exercise is brisk walking, but what is wrong with arobics? Would rebounding be included it that? I have heard that rebounding is great for cleaning the lymph system.

I have noticed that Dr. Richard Schulze 's shares some of the same belifes as Rev. Malkmus and Dr. Day. Althought I haven't read enough of his info to get a real grasp on eveything.
