I walked and read electric meters all day,

Well, it looks to me as a personal injury case - your employer is liable for compensation...huge compensantion if they knew about the health effects and of any other personal injury cases at your workplace...

Candida is only a symptom of a system in disbalance - most likely the electric radiation has weakened your immune system - adrenal failure, hormonal disorder, gut dysbiosis, etc.

Listen to your lawyer and try to find a non-candida doctor - candida is not the primary cause of your problems.

Try to find out how many other at your workplace have suffered of similar symptoms - how many disabilities.

You may sit on a class action case....listen yo your lawyer.

Do not allow your employer access to your medical records.

You can contact me by e-mail...

Scat, I am in the USA Oklahoma to be exact

JV, I agree totally with what you are saying, I forwarded a webpage to my lawyer yesterday that listed possible causes of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome and one of them were "body wide yeast infection/candiasis", plus it had the necessary symptoms needed to meet CDC and SS guidelines for CFS. The deal now is he talked to my employer, which is a huge and powerful utility company and he convinced them to let me see another doctor and get his opinion since they think mine is a quack. The lawyer wants me to go to an internist or someone like that and I told him we may as well throw in the towel now because that type of doctor will not recognize Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome like as not and definitely not candida.

Anyway, I see my doctor in a couple weeks and I'm going to see if he can hook me up with a doctor that will agree that I am truly sick and not faking like my employer has thought all along. And yes, I do have enough of the symptoms to qualify under the Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome but the thing now is getting them to let go of the candida thing bacause that's what they are using to try and turn me down.

Xena, how my LTD policy reads is if I can not do "my job" then I qualify for LTD for 2 years and after that 2 years is up if I can not do "any job within the company" then I would qualify for LTD until retirement. There is no light duty work to my job, I walked and read electric meters all day, and there are no office type positions because they closed the offices down several years ago to downsize and eliminate jobs.

I have no doubt I will work again, maybe not reading meters, this crap has taken such a physical toll on me but I'm very slowly making a little progress. The point is, I'm sick and can't work at this time and that's what the LTD is there for and I'm going to keep fighting.
