Re: Vinegar still bad, partial repost
They aren't just any "people." These are experts in nutrition. I am not saying that I personally know more than you or JV, but I am trusting people who have research and documentation that is more solid than the opinions that I have seen posted so far. I am also simply sharing a protocol that my doctor uses successfully, that is also working for me. Some people disagree with part of it.
If you have documentation, please show it and enlighten the debate.
If not, feel free to have your opinion but then don't expect me to change mine.
It gets frustrating to have people saying it works "just because" it's been done for thousands of years. Well lots of things have been done for thousands of years. That is not proof. I will stop responding to those comments.
The personal experiences people share are fine, and if they are sure that vinegar is the result I'm sure they will continue to use it. Their choice. My personal experience is that it was not necessary, and that I was given very solid reasons to avoid it.
