I saw your post on a forum and now that finally thanks to god after 20 years I found a cure I wanted to share it with u
It has something to do with the tongue , not that its clean or not no
Its movement
Try this ,,for a month as much as possible just move move your tongue inside you mouth . Easily and relax play with it freely move it while your not talking or eating
